3D Scanning

While 3D printing is changing things fast for creating unique items, one thing that is still required is a digital model. Organic shapes are often the most problematic items to digitize. That’s where 3D scanning will start to play a significant role moving forward with using 3D printing technology. We can now digitize any object in one of a number of capture methods none of which ever require coming into physical contact with the object. Meaning we can recreate priceless works of art that would be off limits to traditional mold making. Plus, once obtained in digital form they can be modified, scaled and output in any variety of choices
