Property Rights: The elements of work for any project remain the property of Whatever Unique whether or not the project is executed.  If client chooses to terminate the project at any time, Whatever Unique reserves the right to retain the rights for usage. This means, the client owns the finished product but we reserve the rights to the 'ingredients' used to create your product, including but not limited to tools, jigs, fonts, patterns, stock art, textures, materials, models, and shapes.

In cases regarding 3D models and renderings, these should be viewed as any other artistic illustration. Whatever Unique provides clients with still images, video, or other presentation material as agreed upon for the client's use. Clients do not own materials, models, maps, textures, or files produced by Whatever Unique to create these images, animations, and/or motion pictures

Ownership: All drawings, artwork, specifications, and other visual presentation materials remain the property of Whatever Unique to show in printed or online portfolios for the lifetime of the company. All preliminary concepts and visual presentations produced by Whatever Unique remain the property of Whatever Unique and may not be used by the client without the written permission of Whatever Unique. Final artwork and concepts may not be given to other artists to alter, reproduce or post online in any way without the written permission of Whatever Unique. All such materials may be destroyed unless the client has requested, in writing, that they be retained and agrees to pay reasonable digital storage charges.

Payment of Fees: Fees are due and payable on the following schedule: 50% deposit before work can begin, remaining balance due upon completion.
